Return Policy & Procedure
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM THEALINKER.COM?
We offer a 15-day trial period for Alinkers purchased on thealinker.com. This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to try your Alinker and let us know if it is working for you.
We encourage you to use the full trial period, as it does take time to adjust to and get comfortable with your Alinker. If after trying it, you feel it is not the right fit, please reach out to our customer service team within those 15 days to begin the return process.
Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email, at which time you will be given the return shipping instructions. All returned merchandise must be returned in pristine condition, the original manufacturer’s packaging, including the box it was shipped in, and the email with the return authorization.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your intention to return within 15 days of your delivery date. All refund requests are subject to our review and approval.
Returned items must include a copy of your receipt (with your order # and order details) that you received via email, as well as a copy of the return authorization.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless:
1. the return is due to our shipping error
2. the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will refund the shipping costs for ground or economy return shipments.
Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Please send an email to orders@thealinker.com with your order number. If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.
If the product is returned to us according to this Refund Policy and within 15 days of receipt, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the purchase of the product.
